In self-use energy management scenarios, such as households, industrial parks, and factories, monitoring important energy facilities and tracking their electricity usage trajectories can identify and prevent irrational electricity consumption behaviors. Meanwhile, it helps users optimize their electricity usage plans to achieve optimal energy utilization and reduced energy costs. The energy facilities include the power grid, photovoltaic systems, energy storage devices, charging equipment, as well as heating and cooling devices.
Improvement measures include, but are not limited to, the following: enhancing the efficiency of photovoltaic utilization, scheduling the charging and discharging of energy storage devices appropriately, and charging electric vehicles outside of peak electricity usage hours. The implementation of these measures can effectively improve energy utilization efficiency and ultimately reduce energy costs.
Our eMonHub can simultaneously collect important power data and store them in our eCloud system. Then users can review power usage trajectories and summaries in our eMonSys APP to take actions that optimize energy consumption and achieve savings.

Grid and photovoltaic (PV) tracking in charging station to optimize charging efficiency.

In commercial operating environments such as charging stations, by monitoring the energy supply from the grid and photovoltaic (PV) systems, and managing the load through charging management controllers, it is possible to effectively prevent fuse blowouts, grid overloads, and excessive electricity usage beyond the demand limit. Meanwhile, prioritizing the use of PV green electricity can enhance the efficiency of business operations.
The eMonHub is installed at the charging station to monitor important energy supplies such as the power grid and photovoltaic systems. The Charge controller can be deployed either in the cloud or at the charging station.
(1)When the Charge controller is deployed in the cloud, it retrieves the real-time data collected by the eMonHub from eCloud via the MQTT protocol.
(2)When the Charge controller is deployed at the charging station alongside the eMonHub, it directly obtains the real-time collected data from the eMonHub via the Modbus TCP protocol.
